Toro Ccr 3650 Parts Manual
I am trying to install a new idler arm spring in my Toro CCR3650 (model 38518) snowblower. https://ameblo.jp/enopofup1979/entry-12633059978.html. The old one broke and fell off. I have looked at all of the parts diagrams and Service Manuals online, but can't figure out where the spring connects.
